Benefits and Rewards Consultant / Analyst

POSITION INFO:

This role requires a strong combination or HR, Analytics, and Finance skills. You will be involved in driving policy, changes and development in the benefits space within a large telecoms organisation. You must have experience in this envionment including calculations and analysis. You must have strong Xcel skills and be comfortable with working in a very manual environment. A universtiy degree is non-negotiable and a SARA certification will go a long way . The role is based in Joburg but you will work remotely most of the time.
