You will be involved in the monthly bill runs, including debit order runs. Long working hours could be expected during these runs.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist with data queries, analysis, and problem-solving - deep SQL expertise is not required, but a basic understanding is advantageous Comfortable working with data tools including MS Excel; experience leveraging AI tools to automate or accelerate data analysis tasks is highly advantageous Preferred experience (none required): At least 4 years of experience in Telecom billing AI Skills: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support day-to-day billing and support tasks Ability to use AI to generate, interpret, and validate data queries without requiring expert-level SQL knowledge Comfortable using AI to assist with root cause analysis, billing error investigation, and drafting internal communications Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment before acting on them Key Responsibilities: Monthly bill and card run activities Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism to internal and external inquiries Able to think independently and respond to rapid change easily Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs, wants, and expectations Efficient and accurate with data entry To identify billing errors and work together with people from other divisions to resolve them Need to be able to work accurately under stressful situations Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Improve existing processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and performance Daily campaign runs Behavioural Competencies: Confident written and verbal articulation to all levels within the business will be essential A confident and engaging personality with the ability to deal with people Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for risk identification, resolution, and implementation skills Strong problem solver
