Bonds Assistant (POS313)

R 14 000 to R 18 000 per month

Requirements:

• Matric
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong admin experience
• Word/Excel experience

Key Input Duties:

• Assistant Bond Department
• Checking of Sale Agreements
• Requesting bond documents from clients
• Uploading Sale Agreements and documents to the system and ensuring that all documents are accurately completed and that all supporting documentation is included.
• Checking information on the system is correct and following up with clients on outstanding documents
• Telephone management
• Client care and assistance
• Communication with suppliers & customers
• Capturing data on SIMS
• Support to Manager and printing reports
