SUMMARY:
A motivated and detail-focused Bookkeeper is needed to assist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall accounting functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity of financial data and contributes to the smooth operation of the finance team.

POSITION INFO:
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing day to day financial transactions, including recording income and expenses, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and balance general ledgers and trial balances.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
File and organize financial documents for auditing and tax purposes.
Collaborate with Accountants and Auditors during financial reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Record day to day financial transactions using accounting software QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
Diploma
3 years related experience
