A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Head Office Finance team. Key Responsibilities:
Daily

• Process direct allocations for supplier and sundry refunds
• Clear bank clearing accounts

• Manage the cashbook department and ensure strict adherence to monthly deadlines

• Collate and consolidate budget and forecast information from various stakeholders

• Prepare annual year-end audit requirements within set deadlines
• Assist external auditors as needed
• Support internal audits and recommend internal control improvements

• Approve daily payments via SAP according to defined payment runs
• Maintain banking signatories, SAP beneficiaries, capturers, and releasers
• Ensure proper segregation of duties across bank platforms

• Assist with financial analysis and special requests
• Support finance-driven projects aimed at enhancing processes and controls

• Assist the Accountant with various ad hoc finance tasks as required
