JOB DESCRIPTION:

This family owned business that operate 5 independent companies are looking for a bookkeeper to join their team. This is a half day role and duties include:

Capture receipting daily
Reconcile creditors weekly
Produce invoicing monthly
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the companies
Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up with creditors and debtors

Knowledge and skills as follows:

Excel and Sage Pastel proficient
Experience doing GL reconciliations, VAT and Journals
Must be detail orientated
Own reliable transport
