JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established company based in Hilton is looking for fill the position for a Bookkeeper. It an amazing opportunity for a vibrant competent individual who has a knack for number.

Report weekly to Financial Manager
Ensure all Purchase Invoices and (Stock & Non-Stock0 are filed on OneDrive
Ensure all Payment Requests and FNB Proof of Payments for COD and monthly creditors are filed on OneDrive
Ensure all Creditor Delivery notes are filed on OneDrive
Ensure all merchant summaries and Cash disbursements per store are filed on
OneDrive
Ensure all monthly Day-end Recon’s are filed on OneDrive
Prepare and Load Payment Requests for COD and once off payments
Daily bank transactions are captured, allocated and bank accounts reconciled. Raise queries
Retail Day-end reconciliations
Creditors - Stock Purchase Invoices are processed against Purchase Orders
Processing of Non-stock Purchase Invoices and Credit Notes
Debtors- Inform Retail Managers of any EFT payments and allocate against Sales Invoice
Monitor Sales Order deposits that are not converted to Sales Invoices and Unpaid Invoices
