To ensure bank accounts and FAR are reconciled monthly and to ensure that all bookkeeping processing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bookkeeper (JB1403)

Pinetown, Durban

Market Related

To ensure bank accounts and FAR are reconciled monthly and to ensure that all bookkeeping processing is completed timeously

Educational Requirements:

Diploma/Relevant Bookkeeping Qualification

2-3 years relevant bookkeeping experience

Working knowledge of MS office

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure that bank recons are completed accurately and timeously

Queries on receipts and payments

Monthly recons for all bank accounts

Track all debit orders

Correct allocation of payments and funds

Intercompany loan account balances

Support Financial Accountant and Financial Manager

Invoicing

Ensure all fixed assets are accounted for and all fixed asset processing is done as procedure

Ensure general administration which includes credit card transaction and month end journals are processed accurately and timeously
