JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a very well know Packaging Company in Port Elizabeth is looking to employ a bookkeeper for their branch soonest.

Pastel experience is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Look after the accounts of the company by filling and completing daily reports on all accounting aspects.
Must be able to work with auditors and submit a regular report to them for accounting purposes.
Assist with Credit and Debtors and work with a team of members also assisting you with this function.
Load all information on Pastel to make sure that accurate reports can be drawn from it at any given time.
Manage payments of all suppliers on a regular basis as well as do Payroll for the company as well.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Any formal financial training or experience in such a role will count in your favour
Pastel Experience is a must
Own vehicle and valid driver's license
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
