Our client is a stylish and fast-growing fashion boutique known for its curated collections and exceptional customer experience. They are seeking a passionate and driven Boutique Store Manager to lead their retail team in the Helderberg.
 
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service. You will play a key role in maintaining the boutique’s brand image, operational standards, and overall success.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee all daily store operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client engagement
• Handle cash management, POS functions, and cashing up
• Manage stock control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Implement store promotions and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Ability to work weekends and extended hours
• Previous retail management experience essential
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence

• Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Sunday: 09:00 – 14:00
