An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, based in Cape Town, for a Branch Administrator with strong administrative experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Control & maintain all aspects of admin within the branch.
Loading of contracts on IT system to ensure correct & accurate billing to customers.
Doing dispensing recon monthly to balance rental assets monthly.
Preparing & control of month end stock take.
Creditors – Non stock
Petty cash
Human resources
Reporting i.e. rebates, national figures, monthly sales figures & lost business report.
Complying with ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
Payroll management
Investigation analysis of financial results.
Reporting of sales figures.
Admin Control
National account preparation

Requirements:

Grade 12
Qualification in admin will be advantageous
Bookkeeping certificate / equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in a admin position
Valid driver license (EB)
