SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our automotive operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a high-performing team.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve business objectives
Drive sales growth and profitability within the branch
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Monitor inventory, stock control, and supply chain processes
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Develop and implement local marketing and business development strategies
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry
Strong sales and business development background
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant qualification in Business Management, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred)
