JOB SUMMARY:
Bellville, Cape Town. Opportunity exists for meticulous, hardworking Branch Administrator with solid administrative ability to join established Kitchenware company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will suit someone who has exceptional attention to detail and capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines, with team player ability and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly sales figures
Capture apps into database software and checking accuracy of data
Controlling reporting of Agents demos
Client queries, telephonic and walk in clients
Ordering of stock for Agents - demo stock and stationery
Supplier payment requests
Petty cash
Weekly reports and month end reports
Assisting Head Office with ad hoc duties

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience
Computer literate and experience working on programmes such as iQ Retail, SAGE, CRM and MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Must be willing to work overtime when required
