Duties:

Drive regional sales growth, manage branch performance, and lead high-performing teams within the HVAC-R market.
Develop customer relationships, expand networks, and identify new business opportunities.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform the strategy while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery.
Apply technical expertise to support tailored customer solutions and strengthen market presence.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience in branch or sales management within the HVAC-R industry
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Solid technical knowledge of HVAC-R systems and applications
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and client relationship management skills
