Our client in the Hardware sector is looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in Acomhoek, Mpumalanga.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage
Hardware or technical sector experience
5 - 10 years experience in similar position
Stable working history
Experience with:
Develop and execute strategic plans for the branch's growth and sustainability
Explore opportunities for expansion or diversification.
Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community
Participate in community events and support local initiatives
Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance
Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records
Prepare and manage the store's budget
Monitor expenses, track income, and seek cost-effective solutions
Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions
Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
Develop work schedules and assign tasks
Promote a positive and productive work environment
