Min 5yrs Branch manager experience and exposure to material for building, hardware, composite trade. Must have experience in sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, finance, and the business management function for a high turnover business. Degree or National diploma, own car, English, and Afrikaans.

The company is on a massive expansion drive and looking for someone eager to seek out new business opportunities for us in the Western and Northern Cape, so the focus is Sales, Marketing, new business, and growing market share. Min 5 years sales rep or sales manager experience. You will need experience managing and growing sales reps

You will need strong negotiation skills, admin, and CRM skills. Experience in selling construction/building/related material advantageous

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include the day to day running of the branch, achieving and maintaining sales budgets and targets set by the company, developing forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans, directing all operational aspects such as distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, marketing and sales, stock control and managing of staff.

You will need to bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

You will be responsible for cost-cutting and saving, maintaining good relationships with existing customers, sourcing new business and building new relationships with new customers, analyzing trends, conducting annual stock takes, and general housekeeping
