Branch Manager (Expat role in Mozambique, Portuguese speaking)

This multi-national company is looking for someone to join their team and manage all branch processes, including sales, costs, and staff. This company has been in operation for almost half a century and is part of a listed concern. As forerunners in distribution, manufacturing, and services, they are the employer of choice.

Duties include:

• Routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on products
• People management, process management, sales management, stock flow management, HR management, IR management, information management, admin management
• Margin preservation
• Compliance to auditing
• Cost management and containment (vehicle management, telephones, maintenance)
• Health and safety
• ISO management
• Credit control
• Debtor book management
• Technical and workshop personnel and processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in technical or economical field
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in a managing position
