JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose:
We are currently looking for a Branch Manager in Killarney Gardens (Western Cape Region) who will oversee the day-to-day branch management, responsible for managing the team, client service, sales, and operations.

Responsible for:

Operations
Client retention and relations
Management
Branch Marketing and Sales
Legislation & Industrial Relations
Financial Management

Experience and Qualification:

Matric
Bilingual (English and or Afrikaans)
Minimum of 5 years Operations or Management experience
Qualification in Business Management and or Human Resource Management - would be advantageous.
Previous experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Industrial Relations - would be advantageous.
Ability to meet set goals with a proven record of achieving revenue targets
