POSITION INFO:
Branch Manager KZN Report To: Area Manager Type: Permanent Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal Key Responsibilities Oversee smooth operations of the branch Maintain strong customer relationships and exceptional service Monitor and enhance the branch's financial performance Conduct market research and product analysis Manage staff performance and workflow Ensure operational costs control and budget discipline Specific Functions Achieve and exceed branch sales targets Drive product visibility and brand awareness Manage daily branch activities effectively Maintain accurate stock records and reporting Key Requirements Proven managerial experience in a retail environment Strong sales background Reside in KZN with knowledge of local market Physically fit with a valid driver's license Computer literate with strong interpersonal skills Remuneration Basic salary with commission and bonus structure Company vehicle provided Sectors: Logistics, Warehouse & Freight, Manufacturing Functions: Depot Manager Strong ability to manage day-to-day store operations, exceed sales targets, analyze trends, promote products, and maintain strong customer relationships.
