SUMMARY:
Our client based in Mossel Bay is looking to appoint a Branch Manager.
This is a demanding, hands-on leadership role — not a desk job.
They are looking for a capable, experienced manager to take full responsibility for the Mossel Bay branch. This role requires someone who can lead people, manage pressure, and ensure the organisation runs properly — every day.
You will oversee all operations, including staff and general management of the branch.

POSITION INFO:
You need to bring:

Proven senior management experience (minimum 5 years)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid financial understanding (budgets, accountability, sustainability)
Experience in operations, compliance, and organisational management
Ability to make decisions under pressure and take accountability
Strong communication and organisational skills
High levels of integrity

Advantageous:

Relevant qualification in management, business, nonprofit or similar
Experience in animal welfare
Experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach
Understanding of legislation and governance (or willingness to learn through training)

You must be willing to undergo training. Police clearance is essential.

Market-related salary.
