You will ideally reside in the beautiful, picturesque Boland Region or relocate within an agreed time frame.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Come and show off your strong commercial sales ability and experience in operational and staff management processes. Come and chat to us about this exciting opportunity that has become available at this thriving Stellenbosch branch that forms a part of a leading Global Logistics & Transportation Services provider.

You will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 years corporate sales and management experience. You will boast with your proven track record in achievement of targets/budgets, and you will perform at your natural best and dynamic level when negotiating and presenting business solutions along side your team to clients within the Boland Region.

If you happened to have gained experience or have a background in Express Delivery/Logistics Services/Full Supply Chain it will be a BONUS, but not a pre-requisite. If not, service-related industry background and experience will be preferred.

Leading your team by setting goals, operational planning and budgets whilst ensuring adherence to company image, culture and operational standards will be some of the focus areas in your role. Control branch costs and maintain the daily operation of an already well-oiled and profitable branch.

You will aim to achieve the rewarding monthly incentive of up to 50% of your salary along with your monthly cost to company package that will be negotiated in line with your experience and proven track record.

You will ideally reside in the beautiful, picturesque Boland Region or relocate within an agreed time frame.
