Job & Company Description:
A well-established storage solutions provider is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Sales Manager to take ownership of their Durban branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales function, mentoring a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and expanding the client base through strategic business development.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Sales, Business, or a related field

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding branch sales targets
Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow key accounts
Experience managing teams and driving operational excellence
Technical understanding of storage systems or similar products is advantageous
Ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings is a plus
Own reliable transport is essential
