As the Brand Accountant Support you will be responsible for the below:

Develop detailed budgets per campus after consulting with management and analyzing historical data.
Support Principals and Managers throughout budget compilation.
Monitor performance and advise Principals, conducting variance analysis.
Conduct trend analysis, highlighting areas of concern monthly.
Coordinate with Group Shared Services on revenue, payments and assets.
Reconcile billing and payments monthly and annually.
Manage inter-company loans and provide financial guidance.
Review complex accounts and reconcile prepared recons.
Handle campus queries and interact with GSS for resolution.
Analyze individual campus financial performance and brand performance.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Generate weekly cash flow reports for review.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audit processes and addressing findings promptly.
Provide training on financial policies and procedures.
Approve expenditure in accordance with authorization matrix.
Timely submission of statutory returns.
Monitor workflow and meet deadlines, ensuring staff are trained adequately.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed BCom in Financial Accounting is a must.
3 - 5 years’ experience needed.
Must have manged staff.
