POSITION INFO:
A dynamic and growing multinational brand is looking for a Brand Activation Manager to drive impactful and locally relevant marketing execution across the Kenyan and Mauritian markets. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of beloved consumer brands in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the creation and execution of market-specific brand and marketing plans
• Coordinate all on-ground activities, from promotions and events to digital campaigns and local activations
• Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver compelling advertising and promotional work
• Lead menu rollout coordination, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
• Analyze sales and campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and refine plans accordingly
• Manage media planning, demand forecasting, CRM loyalty programs, and competitor benchmarking
• Ensure effective budget management and full alignment with the broader commercial objectives

• A Marketer with at least 3 years' experience in the FMCG or food franchising sector
• Strong understanding of local consumer behavior, media environments, and LSM dynamics
• Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and promotional planning
• Confident working independently and delivering in deadline-driven environments
• Analytical, highly organized, and commercially savvy

• Matric (or equivalent), with a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
• Previous experience in franchise brand marketing is highly advantageous
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
