Our client is offering a challenging position in a fast-growing healthcare company where your opinion and brand influence counts.

The Brand Communications Manager will be responsible for providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Brand Communications Manager, your job duties include supervising a team of marketing specialists and designers, approving marketing elements such as logos, advertising media, and messaging, and coordinating with product managers on appropriate branding.

The Brand Communications Manager is responsible to ensure that the Marketing team delivers high quality brand visibility increase brand awareness, monitor the delivery of the brand standards and recommending areas of improvement. The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Create and implement the Group’s Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
• Establish brand focus for the Group and incorporate brand strategy into the communications of the Company.
• Create and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Planning and execution of all communications and brand messaging on all channels, including traditional and digital media.
• Produce a yearly brand and communication calendar.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, internally and externally, regarding marketing related strategies and tactics, while cultivating a positive working relation with stakeholders.
• Acts as the brand’s spokesperson with the group’s appointed PR and Media company.
• Work closely with all Marketing Departments to generate new ideas and strategies, and manage the corporate identity, content, and production of all marketing materials.
• Manages communications with external agencies, as well as developing brand and communication strategies and other non-campaign activities.
• Advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand and communication thereof.
• Contribute to multiple projects while managing and respecting the time and budget constraints.
• Analyse the market through focused research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it relates to brand, brand design and communication.
• Work from internal briefs to generate ideas/concepts to present and implement and produce effective onsite and offsite brand campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholder to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, assured, and creative brand guidelines.
• Quality control of all Design Team creative outputs in line with brand standards, including proofing and reviewing deliverables and project processes.
• Develop and ensure that brand governance is strictly adhered.
• Manage, guide and influence the Design Team’s outputs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Communications.
• At least 8-years of experience in designing and working with brand guidelines to formulate a brand.
• Demonstrate an expert understanding of marketing-related concepts, such as advertising, marketing analytics, and consumer behaviour.
• Willingness to work directly with internal and external stakeholders by presenting and discussing ideas and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

Language Requirements
• Highly proficient in English.
• The ability to express creative and visual ideal and concepts though visual, written, and verbal communication is an essential requirement in this role.

Computer Literacy
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat)
• Proficiency with the following programmes is required:
   MS Word
   MS Excel
   MS Outlook / email
   MS Explorer / Internet
   PowerPoint
