JOB SUMMARY:
My client, a JSE listed training provider is currently looking for a Brand Financial Manager to join their team. This is an office based position and is looking for a Qualified CA(SA) responsible for ensuring the financial wellbeing of the brands profitability as well as risk and governance management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Qualified CA(SA)

Skills and experience required:

8 - 10 years’ post article experience
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar financial management position
Sound knowledge of King IV, audit principles, tax legislation
People management experience
Sage evolution experience is advantageous
Strong problem solving, analytical, time management and project management skills
Sound business acumen

Job description:

Financial planning and forecasting
CAPEX
Business strategy
Budget management
Financial reporting (cash flow, BBBEE, profitability, etc.)
Governance and compliance
Risk management
Staff management (performance objectives and reviews, training and development, etc.)
Project management (cost saving initiatives, supplier price negotiations, etc.)
Provide advice to other managers on financial matters
