We’re hiring on behalf of a mission-driven fintech powerhouse that’s transforming how everyday South Africans access and interact with money. They’re shaking up the prepaid space and they need a Brand Manager who’s just as fired up about driving impact, storytelling with purpose, and putting customers at the centre of it all.

POSITION INFO:

Brand Building & Strategy Support
Help evolve and execute the brand’s positioning across key customer segments
Assist in go-to-market strategies that are insight-driven and channel-ready
Identify brand opportunities by analysing customer behaviours and trends
Campaign Management
Contribute to integrated brand campaigns across ATL, digital, and in-store
Collaborate with media, creative, and internal teams to roll out messaging that sticks
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
Insights & Innovation
Track competitor activity, market shifts, and brand health
Translate research into actionable insights to inform comms and creative
Creative Direction Support
Help steer content creation across digital, social, and retail platforms
Maintain consistency across visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling
Cross-functional Collab
Work hand-in-hand with teams across marketing, sales, product and digital
Be a key contributor to ensuring brand excellence at every touchpoint

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
3–4 years of brand or marketing experience, ideally in consumer-focused sectors
Exposure to campaign development across multiple channels (ATL, digital, in-store)
A sharp understanding of the South African market, especially mass and township audiences
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
Solid reporting, analysis, and problem-solving ability
Bonus if you’ve worked in a fintech, agency, or high-growth brand environment
