Brand Manager

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high end apparel, footwear and consumer goods, is seeking a vibrant, organized and techno savvy Brand Manager to join their growing and progressive team

Please note that this role is a specialized role, requiring a seasoned Brand Manager, who can combine traditional marketing and digital marketing principals, to create brand awareness and drive consumer sales/profitability and preference will be given to candidates with a background in consumer goods, apparel, or footwear brands

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.

• You will have a degree in Marketing, coupled with 5-7 years experience in brand marketing, design and implementation of campaigns, within both the tradition marketing and the digital marketing space.
• You will have a good understanding of technology and be results driven in the Ecommerce space.
• You will be a problem solver, a communicator and a strong creative, with innovative ideas to promote the brands.
• You will be competent at designing, proposing and executing marketing strategies which cover advertising, content, social media and promotional events
• In addition, you will work as a collaborator with cross functional departments, specifically in the digital division to drive digital revolution, as well as work with the store managers to implement POS promotions and contingent plans.
• You will have experience working within a marketing and retail environment, understanding the dynamics or both
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
