Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth and market presence across international markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and campaigns
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Manage brand budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
Lead creative development for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand identity
Support global marketing efforts while tailoring campaigns to regional needs

Requirements:

3–5 years of brand management or marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, skincare, or a related industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Demonstrated creative thinking and ability to execute innovative campaigns
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
Experience working in an international or multi-market context is a plus
