Our client is seeking a Brand Manager (Skincare) who is driven by creating new, innovative marketing ideas that disrupt the beauty world. This person will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of innovative, integrated and cost effective 360° marketing plans to drive sales, energize consumer engagement, and build brand awareness. You will serve as the key strategic lead, idea generator and main marketing contact to internal and external functional partners and key channels of distribution. You will lead the digital strategy.

You’ll need strong analytical skills to succeed in this role!

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Brand Management

• Overall responsibility for strategizing, planning and directing all marketing efforts;
• Responsible for developing the annual marketing strategic business plan;
• Develop brand strategy, drive portfolio strategy;
• Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and increase sales;
• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/social media/public relations/trade programs and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance;
• Stay abreast on global market trends, keep a close eye on competitors’ strategy and activities and be quick to react with strong and relevant programs;
• Conducting market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends;
• Coordinating with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.

E-commerce Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive DTC e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals to measure the success of the e-commerce channel.
• Oversee e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for
• mobile devices.
• Manage product listings, content, and product descriptions to maximize sales and user experience.
• Drive revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
• Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to boost sales.
• Manage product catalogue, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Focus on providing an excellent online shopping experience, including responsive customer service, easy checkout processes, and personalized recommendations.
• Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates.

Own Performance and Analytics

• Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve strategies.
• Dive deep into the numbers to understand what is working and what is not;
• Analyse data, new trends and insights and generate ideas on how to translate them into ideas for the brand;
• Report weekly/monthly results and key learnings to the leadership team and stakeholders;
• Analysing sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies.

Develop Content Strategy and Roadmap

• Partner with their team of creators to define a content strategy that will hit growth goals for brands;
• Set up a growth roadmap to guide the brand towards success with a winning combination of content;
• Increase product’s visibility via social media and advertisements with internal team & external agencies;
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and activities.
• Participating in the development and execution of events and promotions to promote the brand.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience in B2C marketing capacity, cosmetics industry is an advantage;
• 2+ years in brand management capacity with FMCG
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate the internal marketing team
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Proficiency in Shopify is highly desirable
• Familiarity with digital marketing, planning and research
