Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
Provide expert advice on insurance, investment, and risk solutions tailored to client needs.
Drive new business development and manage existing portfolios effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education: Relevant financial or insurance qualification (RE5 and FAIS compliance advantageous).
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Broker in Financial Services, Insurance, or Investments.
Proven ability to generate new business, manage client portfolios, and achieve sales targets.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
