POSITION INFO:
Broker Assistant Location: Lyttelton Salary: R12 000 - R18 000 Are you client-focused, detail-driven, and passionate about the insurance industry? We're looking for a Broker Assistant to join our team and support daily client interactions, policy administration, and ensure smooth operations. What you'll do: Deal with clients daily, ensuring excellent service Handle policy administration and record-keeping Maintain accurate engagement records Work confidently with Excel, Outlook, and industry admin programs Drive customer satisfaction and meet first-response KPIs What you'll need: National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) 3+ years industry experience (preferred) RE5 qualification CPD points and general industry knowledge Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office & industry systems) Skills that set you apart: Task-driven with self-discipline Excellent client service orientation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
