POSITION INFO:
Sales & Business Development Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets Sell premium physical asset investments through leads, referrals, and personal networks Proactively develop new business through continuous prospecting and networking Promote new product launches and existing offerings to both active and prospective clients Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and company-provided leads Maintain accurate sales documentation in line with internal compliance standards Stay informed on market trends, including pricing movements in key commodities Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond Ensure seamless completion of transactions, including delivery and documentation Maintain ongoing contact via calls, messages, and meetings Update and utilise CRM data to enhance client engagement and service delivery Resolve client queries and provide tailored solutions Operational & General Duties Coordinate logistics related to client transactions when required Provide regular reporting on pipeline, sales activity, and performance Participate in company events, including after-hours and weekend engagements Key Requirements Proven sales track record, preferably in high-value or investment products Strong prospecting and networking capability Exceptional interpersonal and client engagement skills High levels of resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation Strong business acumen and ability to think on your feet Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to manage time effectively and follow through on commitments Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets Ongoing new client acquisition and pipeline growth High levels of client satisfaction and retention Strong activity levels and disciplined sales execution Why Join?
