Broker Finance Accountant

Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a Broker Finance Accountant 

• You will have Facultative Business placement accounting experience.
• You will have reinsurance accounting knowledge 

Minimum Requirements:

• B Comm  Degree

Insurance System Accounting:

• Allocation of cash premium 
• Debit order collections 
• Claim payments & allocations of Recovered funds 
• Premium refunds 
• Broker commission statements and payments

Insurance Accounting:

• System premium to bank reconciliation with cash book capturing 
• The system claims to bank reconciliation with cash book capturing
• Journal processing for premium and claims 

General Accounting:

• Expense processing and analysis
• Reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliation
