Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a Broker Finance Accountant

You will have Facultative Business placement accounting experience.
You will have reinsurance accounting knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

B Comm Degree

Insurance System Accounting:

Allocation of cash premium
Debit order collections
Claim payments & allocations of Recovered funds
Premium refunds
Broker commission statements and payments

Insurance Accounting:

System premium to bank reconciliation with cash book capturing
The system claims to bank reconciliation with cash book capturing
Journal processing for premium and claims

General Accounting:

Expense processing and analysis
Reporting
Balance sheet reconciliation
