Building Foreman ii required X 2 for leading contractor in Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary of this Foreman role:
The successful applicant shall report to a Site Agent as well as a Contracts Manager and shall be responsible for all site based staff

Our Client has multiple building projects in the Northern and Southern parts of the Cape Peninsula and require 2 Foreman to join an established team. Our Client has been awarded a number of Government building contracts and these positions are only open for Employment Equity Applications

Daily duties:

Staff supervising
Quality checks
Procurement of materials
Site Administration
Shuttering
Steel Fixing
Setting out
Wet Works
Concrete Structures
Finishes
Building Surveying
