Key Responsibilities

• Design and specification of electrical or mechanical building services systems
• Preparation of drawings, calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Coordination with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
• Site inspections and project monitoring to ensure compliance with design and regulations
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Supporting junior engineers and contributing to team development

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, IES, Hevacomp)
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
