SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of building services systems across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial developments.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prepare the specification of electrical or mechanical building services systems
Preparation of drawings, calculations, reports, and technical documentation
Coordination with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
Site inspections and project monitoring to ensure compliance with design and regulations
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Support junior engineers and contribute to team development

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Relevant industry experience
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, IES, and Hevacomp)
Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
