BUSINESS & GROWTH SPECIALIST (Provincial)

Western-Cape , South Africa (ZA)

Starting Date: A.S.A.P / 01 October 2023

Reports to: National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00
• (occasionally a weekend for Expo's or Traveling when operationally required only)

PACKAGE POTENTIAL:

• Basic Salary
• Vehicle Allowance
• Petrol Allowance
• Company Cell Phone Data Allowance
• Commission - new clients
• Commission - devices sold
• Performance Incentives (targets reached, new accounts etc.)
• Quarterly & Annual bonuses (performance based)
• Total CTC before commission / tax R14,000
• Excellent earning potential for the right candidate!

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS DESIRED:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / N-Dip Somatology or similar formal qualification in Beauty / Aesthetics or Cosmetology
2. Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS
3. At least 2-years in a Spa or Salon environment (post-graduation)
4. Cruise Ship employment experience - BONUS
5. Business 2 Business sales experience -PREFERRED
6. Must have strong retail experience (Cruise Ship Sales / Sales / Beauty Retail Sector)
7. Confident in Skin Care & Body Care knowledge (ingredients, education of somatology etc.)
8. Must have own vehicle with valid driver license & fully insured (including rental for accidental) - non neg.
9. Must have reliable computer & wifi for business & training from home

Must reside within Cape Town or surrounds for ease of travel
