SUMMARY:

Our client in Midrand is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to manage their data-driven decision making processes

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance operations management or related field Analytical and critical skills 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar capacity, preferably in the heavy equipment, logistics or related industries Familiarity with generator systems, maintenance practices, or the energy sector Experience data analysis tools and business intelligence software Technical proficiency: Excel, SQL, Power BI and comfortable with various software applications Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies Key responsibility Collect, analyze and interpret data from all company various sources to inform business decisions Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators across operations Assess current operations and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to document existing processes and workflows, proposing solutions that enhance productivity Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs and expectations Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit feedback and ensure alignment on business objectives Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of projects aimed at improving operational performance and service delivery Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for auditing purposes
