SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst in Gauteng!

POSITION INFO:
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the Programme Manager by analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that create value for the organization. This role requires a strong grasp of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support process improvements.
Analyze data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee test execution.
Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and manage risks.

Essential Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.

Beneficial Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Product Owner is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
