SUMMARY:
Join Our Team as a Business Analyst!

POSITION INFO:
We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to support the Programme Manager by analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending effective solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, drive process improvements, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Analyze data to inform business decisions.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project roadmaps, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Beneficial Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in the relevant industry or sector.
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Product Owner) a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
