POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Utilise data modelling techniques to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and implement robust improvement measures.
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and ensure systems alignment.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
• Establish dashboards for data analysis, enabling continuous improvement solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Develop and document process flows for operational processes.
• Create documentation outlining proposed changes and implementation steps.
• Review internal and customer performance trends, providing management with detailed reports.

• Senior Certificate (Matric)
• National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology /Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/ Computer Science /Business Administration /Business Analysis
  or a similar technical qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing outputs with the lean manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate level).
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
