Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading Telecommunications organization is looking for a sharp, analytical thinker to join their team as a Marketing and Order Subject Matter Business Analyst. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements - particularly from the marketing team - into functional specifications, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively through end-to-end testing. This individual will also provide support for these platforms as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering & analysis
• Project delivery & documentation
• Testing & quality assurance
• Platform support & maintenance
• Stakeholder communication & change management
• Cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of API concepts
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills

• Prior experience working with customer-facing systems and supporting marketing initiatives within an IT & systems environment
