SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading Telecommunications organization is looking for a sharp, analytical thinker to join their team as a Marketing and Order Subject Matter Business Analyst. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements - particularly from the marketing team - into functional specifications, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively through end-to-end testing. This individual will also provide support for these platforms as needed. Platform support & maintenance
Stakeholder communication & change management
Cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis

Advantageous Skills and Experience:

Experience working with marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of API concepts
Familiarity with software development methodologies
Exceptional communication skills

Experience Required:

Prior experience working with customer-facing systems and supporting marketing initiatives within an IT & systems environment
