POSITION INFO:

My client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team, delivering bespoke software solutions for a variety of international clients. You’ll play a key role in understanding client needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, and translating them into actionable technical specifications. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder workshops, analyzing business processes, and ensuring solutions align with client goals. You’ll work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between business and technical domains, contributing to projects that drive digital transformation. The role offers a hybrid work model in Cape Town, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy. Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes
Proficiency in creating detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in software development projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for project tracking and documentation
Advantageous: Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or digital transformation projects.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
