Skills & Experience:
Proven BA experience (requirements, documentation, stakeholder management), battle-tested in the cold
Razor-sharp analytical skills and a passion for solving problems, even in the deepest freeze
Comfort in Agile or Waterfall environments, navigating with ease.
Mastery of tools like Jira, Confluence, and process mapping, your tools for taming the winter storm
