POSITION INFO:

As the Business Analyst, you’ll team up with product owners, developers, and dreamers—unpacking complex systems, shaping them into seamless solutions, and ensuring every piece fits just right.
From credit and collections to onboarding and system integrations, you’ll help guide the rocket ship that’s redefining financial empowerment across South Africa, Zambia, Uganda, and Kenya. Your mission? Ensure that our tech is as clever, reliable, and user-friendly as Buzz’s wings and Woody’s loyalty.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of business analysis or product support experience—preferably in financial services or tech.
Skilled in SQL, process mapping, and requirements documentation—your toolbox for every adventure.
Fluent in Agile teamwork, with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Excellent communicator with a gift for simplifying the complex.
Naturally curious, highly analytical, and always ready to “reach for the sky.”

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
