SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You’ll document requirements, design workflows, and improve user experiences across web, mobile, and dashboard platforms

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and system requirements.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate needs into clear specifications and user stories.
Support project management activities — planning, execution, testing, and delivery.
Conduct workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing.
Develop proposals, cost estimates, and process documentation.
Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Mentor junior team members and support internal initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business processes and SDLC.
Skilled in Microsoft Office; Agile exposure preferred.
Experience in test case design and UAT.
Development or technical experience is advantageous.
