Business Analyst

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into functional documentation
• Document procedures and workflows
• Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
• Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
• Support UAT and ensure that features meet requirements
• Continuously improve analysis tools and processes

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 5-8 years' of similar business analysis experience
• Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial
• Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
