SUMMARY:
An opportunity awaits for a Business Analyst who’s ready to shape the future of digital payments. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of developing and delivering innovative products, turning business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring teams stay aligned. We’re looking for a dynamic selfâstarter who thrives on communication across all levels, can juggle multiple projects with ease, and is eager to make a real impact in a fastâgrowing industry.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and reporting requirements
Translate business needs into functional documentation
Document procedures and workflows
Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
Continuously improve analysis tools and processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Relevant tertiary qualification
5-8 years of similar business analysis experience
Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial
Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio
