POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Technology Business Analyst looking to grow their expertise in risk, data, and reporting. You will join a forwardâthinking team that supports both RunâtheâBank and ChangeâtheâBank operations across critical regulatory applications.

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, complex data flows, incident analysis, and system optimisation — making it an excellent move for someone who wants to advance their career within regulatory risk, model reporting, or quantitative analytics.

You’ll collaborate with business, technology, and external partners to ensure operational stability, improve controls, enhance SDLC processes, and contribute to strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily RunâtheâBank operations across regulatory riskâreporting applications
Investigate incidents, perform rootâcause analysis, and support remediation
Assist with testing plans, validation steps, and signâoff processes
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, controls, and workarounds

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematical Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services or banking
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst advantageous
- Understanding of RunâtheâBank operations and regulatory reporting concepts beneficial
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and SDLC practices advantageous
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving ability
- Ability to analyse data, processes, and system behaviour
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL Server
- Knowledge of derivative pricing and risk management advantageous
